He is survived by: his parents, Charles Kevin and Karen Campbell; and his siblings, Kevin Jeffry Campbell (Adena), Kristin Austin (Jaryn Thayne) and Karyl-Lynn Jorden. He is also survived by cousins, nephews, and a niece.
