He is survived by: his children, David Kay of Garden Grove, Wendy Newell (Daniel) of Draper, Carmen Gonzales (Dave), Paula Kay of Las Vegas, Ryan Kay of Boise, Jennifer Kay of Lehi and Rachel Wilson (Brody) of Lehi.
