He was predeceased by: his parents, George Burton Kinsey and Lola Sellers; his wife Barbara Darlene Hansen; his son Craig; his grandson Austin; and his sister Anita Miller.

He is survived by: his children, Luann McCool (Bill), Ed Kinsey (Debra), Tracy Kinsey (Kelly) and Royann Burningham (Scott). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren and 28 great grandchildren.
