She was predeceased by: her parents, Oscar W. Greathouse and Alice A. Cook Greathouse; her husband Jerrold D. Van Dam (Jerry); and her siblings, Lillian Greathouse Maxwell, Delbert Greathouse and Elmer Greathouse.
She is survived by: her children, Kristine Wilkes (Ron), Karen Goff (Dennis), Anna Lea Coturri (Wayne) and Dave Van Dam (Deb Stone); and her grandchildren, Rebecca, Cindy, Tina, Holly, Wendy, Katie, Shawn, DeeAnn, Jeremy, Ian, Callie, Jessica and Jacob. She is also survived by her twenty-eight great-grandchildren and nine great-great-grandchildren.
