It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jerry D. Axtman (Murray, Utah), born in Fullerton, California, who passed away on September 23, 2024, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. In the sacred silence of farewell, Jerry is released into the embrace of eternity, knowing that her light will continue to shine brightly in the tapestry of the lives of her loved ones. She was predeceased by: her husband Jon Axtman Sr.; her parents, Merle Rayne and Norma Rayne; her sisters, Mary Ann and Judy; and her cherished little Chica.

She is survived by: her children, Kari Johnston (Fred), Jon M Axtman Jr. (Pattie) and Chris Axtman (Karen).

A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, October 1st 2024 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Murray City Cemetery (5490 S Vine St, Murray, UT 84107).
