It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jan Smith of Murray, Utah, born in Provo, Utah, who passed away on January 3, 2023, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jan Smith to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her stepfather James Robert "Bob" Cooper; her parents-in-law, Franklin and Nettie Smith; and her siblings-in-law, Ronald Jones, Douglas Smith and Carol Smith.
She is survived by: her husband Bruce Smith; her children, Jeffrey Smith (Melissa), Jennifer Scott (Robert), Lori Walnum (Nathan) and Gregory Smith; her grandsons, Carter and Evan Scott; her children, Aiden, Gavin, Claire Walnum and Cole Smith; her mother Bertha Cooper; and her siblings, Sharon Jones and David Allen. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
