He was predeceased by: his siblings, Andy Boogard, Anna Worthington and Gijsberta (Bertha); and his granddaughter Kristin Boogaard. He is survived by: his significant other Shirley Margaret Paul; his sister Joanne Wright; and his children, Steven (late Donna), Craig (Carolyn), Rod (Stephanie), Karen Dearing (Gerald), Pam Alston (Mike) and Leslie Chapman (Keith). He is also survived by his wife and family of six children, 24 grandchildren and 54 great grandchildren.
