He was predeceased by: his parents, Pieter Vanderhave and Catharina Vanderhave. He is survived by: his wife Mary Vanderhave; his brother Peter Vanderhave (Vicky Vanderhave); and his children, David Staples, Treissa Barnett and Michael Staples. He is also survived by 16 grandkids and 20 great grandkids.
