She is survived by: her husband Rodney Delbert Banks; her children, Kellie Burkey (Michael), Michele Evens and Craig Banks (Kelly); her grandchildren, Christian, Kayla Burkey, Tye (Brianna) and Drew Banks (Shelby); her sisters, Linda Duvall (Alan) and Nola Philpot (Bob); and her brother-in-law Gary Xanthos.
