He is survived by: his wife Judy Jensen; his children, Jason (Tammy), Amy Sue (Mike), Jeremy C (Trina), Brett and Jodi (Ului); his grandchildren, Leka (Will), Victoria (Asi), John (Fate), Mikayla, Trey, Zack, Hannah, Gavin, Aiden, Collin, Kallie, Derick and Adam; his sisters, Jacque Harding and Karen Carr; and his pet Gigi.
