She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Ervin and Jenel Mortensen; her sisters, Beth and Belva; and her husband Morris Lewis.

She is survived by: her children, Sue Outsen (Russ), Richard Lewis (Amy) and Sherrie Lewis. She is also survived by 9 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
