He is survived by: his wife Susan Annette Birch; his son Todd; his granddaughters, Averi and Ashton; his mother Dorothy; and his siblings, David (Judy), Jean "Cookie" Nibarger, Carla Lorimor (Lon), Janet Lee (Ben) and Sheri Kane (Bob). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, donations will be accepted to help offset final expenses.
