He is survived by: his daughter Cindy; his wife Gwen; his brother Michael (Karen); his sister-in-law Mary Jean (Mont); his son Derek (Karen); his grandchildren, Joshua (Amy), Katherine, Emily Van Bloem (Jefferson), Elisabeth Berrett (Carson), Rachel Bateman (Brock), Gregory Lawrence (Bethany), Aaron Lawrence (Amanda), Daniel Lawrence and Sean Lawrence (Megan); his son Jeff (SueZett); and his grandchildren, Roman (Melanie), Jaren, JoAnn Losee (Tyler), Richard Blackhurst and Ronald Blackhurst (Jori).
