She was predeceased by: her parents, Evan Earl and Vida Jane Searle Terry; her husband DeLano "Dee" Church; her son Steve Church; her grandson Dee Manis; and her siblings, Darwin Terry, Sharla Mae Richins and Lyla Rae Coy.
She is survived by: her children, Evan Church (Laura), Dixie Church Gillen, Vickie Church Manis and Shirley Harris (Ed). She is also survived by 15 grandchildren, 52 great grandchildren, and 9 great-great grandchildren.
