We bid farewell to Donna Thorne (Murray, Utah), whose journey of life gracefully concluded on January 25, 2025 at the age of 95. Donna touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, Daniel Alva Taylor and Lucy Ann Duncan Taylor; her sisters, Bessie Goude (Robert), Marjorie Critchlow (Guy) and Norma Hancock (Rudy); and her son Douglas Taylor Eyre.

She is survived by: her children, David Eyre (Cindy) and Gayle Sheppard (Jeff); and her caregivers, Connie, Reggie, Sarah and Anthony. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, as well as many of the nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Viewing was held on Thursday, January 30th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Jenkins-Soffe Funeral Chapel (4760 S State St, Murray, UT 84107). A graveside service was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 12:30 PM to 1:30 PM at the Wasatch Lawn Memorial Park (3401 S Highland Dr, Millcreek, UT 84106).
