He is survived by: his wife Kaye Marie Golatz; his children, Donald (Kristie), Kevin (Sandy), Bryan and Melinda Fryer; and his siblings, Kenneth (Margaret) and Kathy Rawlins. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
