He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh V. Brown and Ada Staley Brown; and his sons, Roger and Kevin. He is survived by: his wife Valene; and his children, Gary (Stephanie), Douglas (LeAuna), Jana Cox (Paul) and Jill Woodruff (Eric). He is also survived by 21 grandchildren, 10 great grandchildren.
