He was predeceased by: his parents, Ella Gwendolyn Jacobsen and Charles Alfred French; and his sister Jacquelin. He is survived by: his grandchildren, Linette and Brian; his wife Barbara; his sister Gwen; his children, Lisa, Linette (Peter) and Brian; and his grandchildren, Christian (Michael), Alexa (BJ), Brittany (Dylan) and Dillon (Katie). He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
