She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Lloyd and Olive Lloyd; her daughter Lori Ann; her sister Lois Engstrum; and her brother-in-law Robert Engstrum.
She is survived by: her husband George Sample (Buck); her children, Sheri and Troy (Marci); her granddaughter MaKalee; her son Jay (Chris); and her granddaughters, Adrian and Danielle.
