It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charles Eubanks (Murray, Utah), born in Springfield, Ohio, who passed away on November 22, 2019, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He is survived by: his siblings, Lamar S. Eubanks and Gladys Leah Gram Eubanks; his wife Carol Ann Hodge; his children, Leah, Tina, Todd and Kent; his sister Pam Eubanks; his sister-in-law Judy Eubanks; his nephews, Rick, Brian and Justin; his niece Lauren; his stepmother Betty; his brothers, Tommy and Dave; and his parents-in-law, Clarence and Mildred Hodge.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you donate to a charity of your choice in his memory.
