She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Milo Hobbs and Bertha Hobbs; her brother Charles; her husband John Morris Richards, Jr. (Jack); her children, Reed Evan, Jill, Glen and Paul (Joy); and her sister-in-law Rebecca Hobbs. She was also cherished by 11 grandchildren and 20 great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family suggests donations to Church Humanitarian Aid or any worthy charity.
