He is survived by: his children, Terry (Carol) of Mt. Pleasant, UT, Kathy "Katie" (Nancy) of Bellingham, WA and Carolyn "Crayola" (Scott) of Midvale, UT; and his brothers, Buck and Butch (Pat). He is also survived by 6 grandchildren; 8 great-grandchildren; and numerous step-grandchildren and great grandchildren.
