She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Blair and Norma Blair; her children, Charles, Cindy and Patty; and her sister Fern Ju.
She is survived by: her husband Vaughn Kay; her sister Cheryl Blair; her sons-in-law, Jim Hendrickson and John Coones; her grandchildren, Terra Newton (Joe), Kimberly Atkinson (Scott), Vaughn Hendrickson (Sharleen), Shawn Hendrickson (Jessica), Katrina Atkinson, Alex Atkinson and Jordan Coones; her great grandchildren, Anthony Perez, Tyler Newton (Madysen), Jessica Romero, Christian Perez, Dylan Hendrickson, Jasmine Romeo, Carter Hendrickson, Calvin Hendrickson, Alyssa Hendrickson, Gabriela Perez, Autumn Hendrickson, Mayan, Nino and Logan Hendrickson; and her great great grandchild Lacy Newton. She is also survived by her 7 grandchildren, 14 great grandchildren, and 1 great-great grandchild.
