He was predeceased by: his parents, Johannes Zunkowski and Frieda Zunkowski. He is survived by: his brother Wilford; and his children, Mike, Ed, Mark, Bryan and Sandra. He is also survived by spouses; 11 grandchildren, and 2-1/2 great grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family welcomes you to donate, on behalf of Bernie, to the General Missionary or Humanitarian Aid funds of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
