She was predeceased by: her parents, Roy Cooper and Martha Heywood Hatch; her husband DeVaughn Brown Bell; her son Jason Bell; her daughter-in-law Shari Johnson Bell; and her grandson Robert DeVaughn Kimball.
She is survived by: her brother Arthur; her children, Melanie Kimball (Kim), Karen Campbell (Randy), Devin Bell (Tracy), Brad Bell (Karine), Shannon Webster (Dave) and Angie Cooper (Jaren); her siblings, Carol Hatch Moss and Rell Hatch (Suzanne); and her sister-in-law Daleen Andrews. She is also survived by 30 grandchildren, 45 great-grandchildren.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, Arlene lived her faith every day, exemplifying charity, kindness, humility, and her love for the Savior.
