He was predeceased by: his sister Melissa Sue Van Dyke; his nephews, Timothy and Ian Van Dyke; and his niece Jennifer Douglass. He is survived by: his parent LaRell C. Van Dyke; his wife Michelle; his children, Aiden (Pumpkin), Skyler (Peanut), Marissa (Princess), Lindsay (Pineapple) and Chloe (Papaya); his mother Margaret Kitchen Van Dyke; and his siblings, Kerry (Sherene), Kirsten (Shane), Russell (Barbara), Heather (Matthew), Mary, Suzy and Erin (Roger). He is also survived by his mother's side and the 2nd oldest cousin on his father.
He donated his time but wished he could donate more financially to this cause.
