He is survived by: his wife Dana K Salmon; his children, Jodi Montgomery (Marc), Dan Spens (Cindy), Mark Spens, Jamie Spens (Becky), Michael Spens (Mandi), Jenny Kneedy (Brian) and Thomas Spens (Kassie); his grandchildren, Colton, Tate, Shelbi, Jaxon, Tyler, Jessica, Taylor, Marissa, Jasmine, Brock, Coy, Cambry, Beau, Cade, Ashlyn, Cougar, Brooklyn, Swayze, Blake, Wyatt, Paige, Sara, Tanner, Teague, Addisyn and Ellisyn; and his siblings, Daryl, Merna, Faun, Harold (Tim), Jill and Stacy.
