He was predeceased by: his parents, Theodore Allen and Twila Allen. He is survived by: his wife Mariann Allen; his children, Angela Golden (Justin Lund), April Beck (Clay Beck), Roxie Ault (Aaron Ault) and Steven Allen Jr.; and his siblings, Bill, Dan, Mark, Merlin, Lewis and Julie. He is also survived by seven grandchildren, and one great-grandson.
