He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kay and Gwendolyn Kay (Jones); his son Ted Louis Kay; and his sister Margaret Jean Kay. He is survived by: his wife Judith Ann Bowden; and his daughter Heidi Jae (Dziendziel).
