He is survived by: his children, Tysen Ellison, Christopher Chapman, Breanne Fretz of Reno, NV, Brittni Caudill of Louisville, KY and Justice Schofield of Indianapolis, IN; his grandchildren, Erika Cruz of Reno, NV and Gage Ellison; and his siblings, Jennifer Pinto of Centerville, UT, Lance Lybarger, Tommy Schofield and Karri Ann Bird.
