She was predeceased by: her parents, Alden Levi and Fontella Simons; her husband Oneil; her daughter Shanna; her great grandchildren, Larry, Kaden and Carson; and her son-in-law Steven.
She is survived by: her close friend Oneil Lake; her daughters, Cindy Langford-Hunter, Leann Jorgensen (Larry), Kathleen Hunt (Arnie), Shonna Wilcox (Rory), Vickie Lake, Rebecca Lake and Jenny Mecham (Chad); and her siblings, Boyce (Toad), Gayle and Shanna. She is also survived by her grandchildren/great grandchildren.
