He is survived by: his siblings, Donnell and Kathleen; and his children, Earl Wayne Blackham (Linda Jean), Dianne Reedy, Christy Chamberlain (Dan), Leslie Blackham (Ted Zaharias), Lisa Hicks, Sharleen Hudson (Kenneth), Jason Blackham (Sharla), Carolyn Flinders (Erin), Linda Johnson and Colette Bowen (Clayton). He is also survived by 33 grandchildren and 35 great grandchildren.
