She was predeceased by: her parents, Vernile Jensen and Bertha Sorensen Jensen; her sisters, Vay, Ada, Neva, Lillis and Lula; her spouse Merrill Dee Blackburn; her grandson Joseph Dee Blackburn; and her great grandchildren, Dylan Michael Boswell and Austin Dee Blackburn.
She is survived by: her brothers, Boyce, Floyd and Dean; and her children, DeeAnna Sparks (Scott) of American Fork, Dixie Boswell (Lynn) of Nephi and Veldon Blackburn (Starla) of Lehi. She is also survived by 22 grandchildren, 49 great grandchildren, 6 great-great grandchildren, and her brother.
