He was predeceased by: his parents, Tracy Jacob Smith and Retta Graham Smith; his wife Gloria; his siblings, LaRetta, Donna, Irma, Maurice, Beverly, Shirley and Tommy; and his brother-in-law Dean Holt.
He is survived by: his children, Connie Condor (Mike) of American Fork, Utah, Tracy J. Smith (Jenny) of Henderson, Nevada and Melanie White (Craig) of Summit, Utah.; and his siblings, Marge Holt (Dean) of Toquerville, Utah and Ralph Draper (Sanna Rae) of Roosevelt, Utah.. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren, 21 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren.
