He was predeceased by: his parents, James Vernile and Bertha Sorensen Jensen; his children, Karie Jensen and Allen Dean Jensen; his great grandchild Averie Ellen Medico; and his siblings, Lillis Kellett, Neva Larsen, Lula Olsen, Maureen Blackburn, Boyce Jensen, Floyd Jensen, Vay Worthington and Ada Carlson.
He is survived by: his wife Carma Mikkelson; his close friend Carma Jensen of Moroni, UT; and his children, Joan Peel (David) of Mt Pleasant, UT, Evan Jensen (Charri) of West Jordan, UT and Michael Jensen (Ronda) of Mapleton, UT.
