We are sad to announce that on January 30, 2022, at the age of 93, Val H. Carter of Morgan, Utah, born in Henefer, Utah passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry Samuel Carter and Edna Irene Dearden; his wife Elsie Hermine Eckersley; his brother Keith; his brother-in-law Keith Porter; and his grandchild Linley.
He is survived by: his sisters, Anna Porter, Linda DeGroot, Ina Davis and Betty Holman; and his sons, Sterling (Linda) and Nathan (Shirley). He is also survived by five grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren.
