With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Twain Carter of Morgan, Utah, who passed away on November 3, 2020 at the age of 90. He was predeceased by: his parents, Parley Carter and Norma Carter; and his siblings, Wellen Carter and Pat Judkins. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Kay Carter; his children, RaVonna McQuiddy (Chuck), Delwin Carter (Karen) and Lorna Walker (Rick); his siblings, Maxine Diston, Leon Carter (Judy) and Ted Carter (Sandra); and his grandchildren, Tina, Jess, Dusty, Janae, Michael, Kodi, Travis McQuiddy and Marie McQuiddy Daley.

Due to Covid-19 restrictions funeral services will be held at the South Morgan, Cemetery on Saturday, November 7, 2020 at 11:00 am for the family.
