He is survived by: his mother Susan Hill Woodard (Dean); his stepfather Dean Woodard of Morgan, Utah.; his former wife Emily Maughan; and his siblings, Kimberly Wine, Cindy Cloninger, Jeffrey Denning (Alise), Gregory Denning (Rachel) and Scott Milligan (Lawni). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
