He is survived by: his wife Jewell Pentz; his children, Tracy Woolsey (Casa), Tara Lewis (Rob), Levi Woolsey (Kellie), Cissy Toone (Mike), Jade Woolsey (Stacey), Jesse Woolsey (Cari), Daisy Williams (Tony), Ivy Portillo (Daniel), Sadie Reyna (Joseph) and Sage Woolsey (Jenna); and his siblings, Dennis Woolsey (Sheila), David Woolsey (Diane), Marty Woolsey (Judy) and Lynda Hopkin. He is also survived by 46 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren.
