He is survived by: his wife Vanna Porter; his children, Sharalee Hall (Craig), Dana Wilde (Jamie), Lori Carter, Jody Carter (Rhonda) and Brady Carter (Shari); and his siblings, Vaughn Carter (Carolee), Shirley Dearden, Frank Carter (Carla), Julie Johnson (Paul), RaNae Stevenson (Randy), Lee Carter (Jeannie) and Lisa Kelly (Michael). He is also survived by his children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren.
