She was predeceased by: her parents, Conard Carter and Manilla Carter; and her husband Marr. She is survived by: her children, Raquel Bullough (Jerry), Diane Reaveley (late Rod) and Mark Fawcett (Keri). She is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 21 great-grandchildren.
Viewing was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 12:30 PM to 1:45 PM at the Fiddlers Creek Ward (380 S Fairfield Rd E, Layton, UT 84041). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
