He was predeceased by: his parents, Earl "Spike" Mecham and Bette Thurston; his daughter Marni; his parents-in-law, Raymond and Ruby McMillan; and his sister-in-law Cyndy Carver.
He is survived by: his wife Susan McMillan; his children, Matt (Julie) of Morgan, Zac Mecham of Morgan, Hali Fearn (Bart) of Morgan and Misti Mecham of St. George, Utah; and his brother Ned Mecham (Gayla) of Morgan. He is also survived by 6 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren.
