He was predeceased by: his parents, Joan Cusick and Harold Cusick; his former wife Roseanne; and his sister Barbara (Roseanne). He is survived by: his wife Janet Cusick; his siblings, Tim Cusick, George Cusick, Kathy Davis-Weidoff and Ruth Ting; and his children, Tasha Bigler (Grant), Ryan Cusick, Heidi Simper (Chet) and Andrea Barnum (Justin). He is also survived by his twelve grandchildren.
