He is survived by: his parents, John Richard and Sherry Telford Schmid; his former wife Charee Wilde; his wife Cheryl Bassett; his children, Cheyenne Clayson (Keyton), Morgan Peterson (Jake) and Wade Schmid (Jessika); his grandsons, Jameson Richard and Caleb Mark; and his siblings, Stephanie Tonks (Craig), Nancy Mott (Justin) and John Schmid (Amy). He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
