She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Adams and Gwen Adams; her sisters, Connie Hanney and Alice Preece; and also, Wayne and Thelma Leak.
She is survived by: her husband Gary Wayne Leak; her children, Michelle Petersen (Alfred), Wade Leak (Jay Yost), Melissa Carter (Cody) and Maggee Stapley (Kurt); and her siblings, Iris Heiner, Sylvia Germer (Doug), Kenneth Adams (Marie), Les Adams (Gaylene) and Chet Adams (Joan). She is also survived by her 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
