He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank DeWayne Woolsey and Katherine E. Knoder; and his brothers, Gary and Scott. He is survived by: his daughter Heather White (Brian); his grandchildren, Kimberly Daughtery (Drake), Makayla Smith and Brett Smith; his great grandchildren, Briar, Blaykleigh, Joella, Ivy, Jaelynn, Luxtyn and Harlow; and his siblings, Bonnie Woolsey (Gary), Jewell Woolsey (Scott), Dennis Woolsey (Shelia), David Woolsey (Diane), Lynda Hopkin and Marty Woolsey (Judy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
