He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Peter; his parents, Paul Bowers and Ruth Bowers (Egbert); his siblings, Jeanette (Birr) and John Bowers; and his children, Micheal (Toni), Mathew, Amy Holt (Vance), Andrew (Holly), Joshua (Rebecca), Jared (Jennie), Daniel Smith (Monica) and Dean Walker.
