It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ivan Carter of Morgan, Utah, who passed away on October 27, 2020, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Conard Carter and Manilla Carter; his sisters, Thelma, Leila and Phyllis; his nephews, Roger and John; and his grandson Roger Shane.
He is survived by: his spouse LuDene Bowen; his children, Susan Wilcox (LeRoy), Michael Carter (Tori), David Carter (Lorna), Bob Carter (Pam), Kent Carter (Cindy), Becky Carter and Shawn Carter; his daughter-in-law Lisa Reeder; and his sister Mildred Fawcett. He is also survived by 9 children, 33 grandchildren, 35 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-grandson.
