He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Foley and Aleta Foley; his spouse Karma June Richins; his siblings, Alice "Jeri", Mary and Emmett; and his grandchildren, Matthew and Madison.
He is survived by: his children, Rachele Herbert (Cody) and Heather Foley; his grandchildren, Gavin, Caleb and Gracie; and his siblings, Lee, Doris, Irene, Bebe and Arthur. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and in-laws.
Viewing was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the Morgan Stake Center (355 N 700 E, Morgan, UT 84050). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
