He is survived by: his siblings, LaVon, Jolene and LuAnn; his former spouse Jerralyn Rigby; his children, Jason (Kathy), David (LeeAnne), Angie (Mark), Evonne, Mindy (Todd), Kathy (Michael), Daniel (Shannon), Kristen and Ana; and his wife Marilyn Rodriguez.
Viewing was held on Sunday, December 29th 2024 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 9:30 AM to 10:45 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the Morgan West Stake Center (2755 W Old Hwy Rd, Morgan, UT 84050).
